That the tight result of the referendum on the Urgent Consideration Law (LUC) produced a photo similar to November 2019 is no longer news. Neither the pandemic, nor the war in Ukraine, nor the fluctuations in employment, nor the improvements in security figures or the fall in real wages significantly changed the electoral picture two years after the ballot. But in some localities, which do not alter the overall result, the winner of March 2022 was different from the one in the second round of the national elections.
