Police officers arrested last night the young man who from the beginning was accused of being the gunman who killed Marcos Rojas and Vita Aranda on January 31 in San Bernardino. The subject turned 18 on the day of the attack.
The Cryo. Javier Flores, head of investigation of Amambay, confirmed the arrest of Rody Alexis Acosta Vera (18), after the search of two houses.
The arrest warrant for this case dates from August 2020, for the murder of Rojas’s uncle. However, the young man is also credited with being the author of the shots that killed drug trafficker Marcos Rojas and influencer Vita Aranda.
In other words, Rody Alexis Acosta Vera had an arrest warrant since he was 16 years old and only yesterday they managed to catch him. Had said provision been complied with, he would not have been able to be present at the José Asunción Flores amphitheater.
The identity of Acosta Vera has been handled since the beginning of the investigation of the attack in San Bernardino and it was reported that the alleged assassin was coming of age that day, a fact that also coincides with the one now detained.
