What do I do if they continue to offer me these products?
The first thing Infonavit recommends is reporting. You can do it through Infonatel (800 008 3900), the institutional portal of Infonavit or to the email [email protected].
If you applied for a Remodelavit or Green Mortgage credit and your registration was made before March 19, 2022, you will be able to use your financing for the purchase of eco-technologies or repairs in your home, according to the provisions of the loan you contracted.
The foregoing, once it is verified that the credits are duly granted and comply with all the documentation and controls.
