According to information disclosed in the Weekly magazine, Leal was investigated for a homicide that occurred on November 16, 2008 in Valle del Cauca.
The agents who were reviewing this case, made a pursuit after hearing a woman scream. She said that a car was to blame for an accident that left a dead person.
