The high and far points of the network in the townships of David, David Este, David Sur, Las Lomas, Pedregal and parts of San Carlos will be affected.
The rehabilitation works of the Ciudad de David water treatment plant will continue on November 10 and 12, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, as was announced by the National Aqueduct and Sewer Institute (IDAAN).
The high and remote points of the network in the townships of David, David Este, David Sur, Las Lomas, Pedregal and parts of San Carlos will be affected by the lack of potable water supply.
IDAAN explained that, during these days, three interventions will be made with the connection and final adjustment of the 24-inch diameter manifold, remaining attached to the treated water outlets of all the original filters.
With the completion of this project, which has a cost of 8.3 million dollars, in the month of December, more 180 thousand users will benefit, recovering the daily production of the plant to 19.5 million gallons of drinking water, thus increasing its efficiency.
