The Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted a teacher of Physical Education of a district schoollocated in the town of Bosasouthwest of Bogotá.
The defendant is allegedly designated as responsible for performing sexual acts on a child under the age of five, student of the district institution.

This was confirmed by the director of the Bogotá branch of the Attorney General’s Office, Jose Manuel Martinez.
The official indicated that “on March 31, the capture of the 54-year-old subject was legalized and the Prosecutor’s Office charged him with the crimes of aggravated sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age, in a homogeneous and successive contest,” he said.
“Thanks to the strength of the evidence presented by the Prosecutor’s Office, the judge of guarantees issued an insurance measure in a prison center for the teacher,” he added.
For his part, the subject did not acquiesce to the charges and the legal process will continue.
