The Sandwich Fair returns for its 10th with the aim of surprising the public with the evolution of the “sanguchera culture” and showing all the new trends that have emerged in the last two years.
More than 25,000 people will be able to enjoy the 10th Sandwich Fair, a true party to celebrate the favorite dish of Chileans, the sanguchito.
There will be many alternatives that will invite you to try and savor combinations for all tastes, because, as in previous years, the offer will stand out for its varied curatorship, which is in charge of the founders of the Fair: Joan Muzard and Gonzalo Maffei that will point to the best snacks, the classics, international flavors, new trends, veggie alternatives and the already popular, dark kitchens.
Who will be at the 2022 Sandwich Fair?
As usual, the stage of the Fair will offer varied and attractive workshops for attendees.
A program of activities that will be in charge of Felipe Galvez and that will be announced in the coming weeks. But not everything is cooking classes and workshops, since the stage will close the fair every day with incredible musical guests, which in these ten years has had renowned national artists such as UPA, Home appliances, Bitman & Roban, Francis Victory, Mariel Mariel and many more.
And as usual, the Fair will have the area of the “Mercadito”, a space for the sale and exhibition of products and accessories related to the gastronomic world. A special place to give visibility to SMEs, entrepreneurs and local products.

To respect all the measures delivered by the Minsal, the Fair will comply with the regulations required for outdoor restaurants. Therefore, it will comply with the respective distancing measures, permanent sanitization of surfaces and spaces, the use of a mask, the provision of alcohol gel and the requirement of a mobility pass for all attendees.
