The conditions of torture in “El Chipote” for political prisoners reach the extreme that they cannot talk to each other. The Nicaraguan Center for Human Rights (Cenidh) denounced that prisoners of conscience detained in the Judicial Assistance Directorate (DAJ) “are watched 24 hours a day.”
