The program No Censorship this Monday (28) receives the attorney general of the Union, Bruno Bianco, for a conversation with journalist and presenter Marina Machado. The 75% success rate in social security proceedings at the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF4), through conciliation by the AGU, is one of the themes of this edition of the program of the TV Brazil.
Bianco will also deal with AGU’s performance insofar as it has secured in court the possibility for the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) to include in bidding blocks for oil and gas exploration in the SS-AUP5 Sector.
Master in law from the University of Marília (Unimar), specialist in public law and postgraduate in civil procedural law, Bruno Bianco has served as special secretary for Social Security and Labor at the Ministry of Economy since the beginning of the Bolsonaro government.
He is a federal prosecutor for the AGU. He has already been chief prosecutor of the section of the Specialized Federal Prosecutor’s Office with the INSS (PFE-INSS), in Marília (SP), and regional prosecutor of the PFE-INSS in the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. He was also a special advisor to the Civil House.
Participating in the conversation, as guest debaters, are the reporter in Brasília from the legal portal Jota, Flávia Maia, and the Legislation reporter at Valor Econômico, Beatriz Olivon.
