The cash dressed privately and he was unharmed, like his partner, the informants added. It was the policeman himself who called the emergency service to report that he had repelled the attack when two strangers approached to steal his motorcycle.
After identifying himself as a police officer, reported that he was traveling by motorcycle and was threatened with a firearm on Niña and Lasagna streets. There he unholstered his regulation weapon and fired, wounding one of the robbers in the chest area.
He fell on the spot and a medical team confirmed his death 30 minutes later. 18 years old, had no criminal record. The other person, meanwhile, managed to escape and is wanted by the police.
The weapon that they used, was thrown away and is an element of investigation.
