Incentive payment dates Families in Action were expanded, according to Susana Correa Borrero, director of Social Prosperity.

This change is due to certain operational adjustments to stabilize the payment cycle of new operators. Now, the holders of the program have until April 10 to claim the resources corresponding to the first cycle of the year.
Starting next week, all the logistics for the delivery of the resources will be adjusted to the needs of the Familias en Acción households. “We are working to solve all the inconveniences. With this extension of the date we guarantee that all households have enough time to make the payments”, said Correa Borrero.
During this first cycle, the benefits will be for 2,067,193 households throughout the country. In turn, the investment in this business is 317,350 million pesos.

To claim financial support, you must do so through the Movii and SuperGiros operators. In this sense, the holders must consult the operator that corresponds to their municipality and the channel through which they will deliver the resources.
The payment points, the allies and the schedules are socialized by the municipal liaisons and through the channels provided by both payment operators.
On 207 municipalities attended by the Movii payment operator, the entire payment cycle was rescheduled: it will start on March 23 and will run until April 10.
“Although we know that the rescheduling generates some inconveniences that we regret, we appreciate your willingness and understanding to approach to claim your incentive on these new dates.”, said the official.
It should be remembered that Families in Action gives different sums of money, depending on the amount of minors in the family and the type of incentive (educational or health) that is assigned.

Each city hall manages the delivery and establishes the schedule for the support. In this case, you must register, which for 2022 will be between July and August, once the electoral processes are completed.
