Abinader begins the construction of apartment towers

With the presence of the President of the Republic Louis Abinaderthe MDLSL group started work on the low-cost housing project, “Valley View”, located in the city of La Vega.

The apartments are built by the MDLSL Real State Premium Group, with an investment of 2,550 million pesos.

Manuel de Los Santos, developer of the project in his main words, said that the work comes to reduce the housing deficit, in the country, especially in the north.

He indicated that it is estimated that some 1,875 direct jobs.

“Vista del Valle, is a project conceived under the trust law, there are 25 towers with 30 apartments each, and I want to announce that through the mayor’s office we will hold a job fair so that the masons, master builders, are from here in La Vega, “said the businessman.

The apartments will have 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two parking spaces, common pool, recreation and children’s area, gym, among other features.
