The senator from Evópoli, Sebastian Keitel, referred to the project that seeks to withdraw a new withdrawal of 10% of the provisional savings funds of the AFPs, called the fifth withdrawal. It should be noted that the parliamentarian is unable to vote for family reasons.
Keitel mainly pointed out that these measures only serve to lower the workforce, since there is a high demand for it, directly affecting employment.

“Between so much bonus, so much withdrawal, so many things. People are no longer wanting to go out to work and that is happening and one walks around here in Concepción, yesterday I was in Los Angeles, and there are ten commercial premises and of those there are two or three that have a sign outside I’m looking for a waiter, I’m looking for a cook, and one comes a week later and follows the same little sign”, detailed the parliamentarian to Bio Bio Radio.
In addition, he added that in order to approve a new withdrawal, the real reasons behind them need to be explained, since it was understandable -according to him- the first to find the country in the midst of a pandemic, but the current scenario of high inflation does not help allow a fifth withdrawal.
