Provide equipment and tools to hydrological workers

The Minister for Water Services, Rodolfo Marco Torres, held a working table with the presidents of the hydrological and attached entities of the water sector in the country, to be able to attend to the situation of the drinking water service.

During the activity, carried out at the National Hydraulic Laboratory in Miranda; Marco Torres delivered equipment and tools to optimize the operation of the Working People of Water throughout the national territory, cites an official press release.

Similarly, he asserted that it is important to ensure timely attention to the needs of the population in terms of water.

In this sense, he highlighted the joint work carried out with the governors, mayors and the people organized in the Water Technical Tables (MTA) and the People’s Power Brigades for Water Attention (Brippas), through the 1×10 of good governance and National Congress of Public Services.

On the other hand, he called on the population to be more aware of the rational use of water and to accompany the work of the water sector to repair faults in the different communities, the rehabilitation and maintenance of pumping stations, deep wells and plants. water treatment plants and the protection of reservoirs.

These actions are part of the strengthening of the Services Public on a national scale, through projects that will be introduced in the Federal Council of Government, as agreed by the sectoral vice president of Public Works and Services, Néstor Reverol, last January.
