“The person who appears in the video, was presented at the Ministry of Security and Justice. We are not going to allow the MIO buses to continue to be attacked in Cali without any consequence,” said Carlos Soler.
The man, identified as Jose Ocoro Piedrahita it was delivered in the Secretary of Security to assume responsibility for their actions; the aggressor promised to repair the damage caused, apologized and hugged the driver of the mass as a sign of repentance.
“I am sorry to people, I acted in a moment of anger. I send a message to the young people of Cali so that we do not destroy MIO, it is a service for everyone.
