Cabin crew receive training for operations

A total of 22 cabin crew received training in etiquette and corporate image protocols, as part of the training that the airline RED Air performs to its collaborators before starting their work.

In the three-day workshop, in which eighteen women and four men participated, all of them from the VIP Crew training center, they also received training on on-board service.

“We want you to be part of the RED Air family from day one, because you are the first face of the passenger who lives the experience of our services on board,” explained Héctor Gómez, Executive President of RED Air.

The etiquette and corporate image workshop was led by the facilitator Jacqueline Viteri. The make-up and hairstyle course by Carolina Saladín and the service workshop on board, was given by Ana Morales.

“The objective of these workshops is to provide cabin crew with the necessary tools to provide excellent on-board service for our customers,” said Gómez.

The workshop also provided information on the forms of disinfection against the coronavirus, as well as products, areas and techniques used to guarantee the safety of collaborators and passengers.

“Biodegradable products that reduce the accumulation of tar and that are soluble in water and can be easily cleaned will be used,” explained Gómez, who added that on land before each shipment and after disembarkation, cleaning and disinfection will be carried out, with disinfectant. , sanitizing and bactericidal, of all contact surfaces including the passenger cabin.
