“It is clear that the textual similarities would be limited to 12 pages, ignoring that the work has a total of 396 pages, that these are limited to the conceptual framework, or worse still, that 49% of supposed ‘lack of originality’ It is based on the fact that the thesis included common words such as ‘problem’, ‘research’, ‘background’, ‘politics’, and many more, reaching such a degree of lightness or ridiculousness that include page numbering as part of the alleged plagiarism,” he says.

Finally, the head of Labor described the report as “gross attempts to discredit her as a professional and politician. “This only corroborates the desperation of a certain sector concerned about the regulations that have been brewing in favor of the labor rights of the working class that have been so neglected”, he emphasized.
