Relatives of Edwin Parisuaña, a young man who was murdered, accused the Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Óscar Zea, as the author of the threats they have been receiving. The official was acquitted after being accused of homicide of the aforementioned young man.
It was Cipriaco Parisuaña, the victim’s father, who told the Sunday newspaper Panorama that he will cease the search for justice and those responsible for his son’s death due to the death threats he has received. The man accused Zea of being the author of these threats, but did not indicate when they occurred.
