for the president of the People’s Force (VET) and former president of the country, Leonel Fernandez, the cost of living in the Dominican Republic is too high and “no one can stand it”which he understands makes the situation unsustainable.

He continued his story saying, “I imagine, we have reached that level, yes, to change bread with chocolate to bread with water, and that cannot be tolerated in the Dominican Republic, and it cannot be tolerated because it cannot stand no one”.
The note affirms that the phrase “no one can stand it” became a refrain that those present chanted with the name of some products of the family basket.
. “Let the price of rice rise, no one can stand it; the price of meat, no one can stand it; the price of chicken, no one can stand it; the price of eggs, no one can stand it; the price of oil , no one can stand it; the price of cod, no one can stand it, the price of herring, no one can stand it; the price of transport, no one can stand it; but to solve it La People’s Force“, concluded the president of this party.
