December Labs is a Uruguayan software developer which participated in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) ranking for the first time in this edition. He made his debut positioning himself in third place in the ranking that ranks the best companies to work for in the country with fewer than 150 employees.

“The pandemic strengthened the desire to have a space for our workers to feel comfortable” despite the complex situation defined by the covid-19 pandemic, said Nerea Zunino, in charge of human resources at the technology company (Human Resources Business Partner). Meanwhile, Miranda recognized dynamic of the sector and the vertiginous nature of being in “constant growth”.
