In recent weeks again the public rates and that of the fuels in particular they were back on the table and debated. The decision to keep Ancap’s rates frozen during November (the regulator’s report stated otherwise) made it clear that the new scheme announced by the government is not so different from the one used during the Broad Front administrations. The Politics again played a key role and the technical criteria were in the background.
