The price of gasoline in Colombia will have a new reduction of $500 per gallon starting next Sunday, March 1st. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance, in a measure that represents the second consecutive downward adjustment so far this year.
The decision is added to the reduction applied since last February 1, when the first cut in the price of motor gasoline came into effect. However, the value per gallon of ACPM remains unchanged.
The confirmation was made public through the official account of that portfolio on the social network
It is expected that this Saturday the Resolution that sets the new fuel prices throughout the national territory will be made official.

According to the Ministry of Finance and taking into account that the first reduction of $500 was made from the first day of February, the price per gallon would be as follows in the main cities:

- Medellin: $15,412
- Cali: $15,502
- Barranquilla: $15,126
- Cartagena: $15,083
- Montería: $15,333
- Bucaramanga: $15,248
- Villavicencio: $15,591
- Pereira: $15,439
- Manizales: $15,466
- Ibagué: $15,407
- Pasture: $13,247
- Cúcuta: $13,400
With this new adjustment, the Government completes two consecutive reductions in the price of gasoline, a decision that directly impacts the cost of transportation and the daily spending of millions of drivers in the country.
