Difficulties in access
Jaque explained that many patients do not receive complete treatment due to the high cost of medications and limited coverage in distribution centers. He indicated that, in many cases, of the six required medications, only three are delivered, in addition to facing bureaucratic processes to obtain them.
Call to action
The legislator stressed that ensuring full access to these treatments is urgent to preserve the quality of life of patients and reduce the burden faced by their families.
