Montaño pointed out that to date the agreement has not been signed, which It expires on April 4 without postponement.
“I want to ask the governor, lieutenant governor or the person that Mr. Camacho left in charge to sign the agreement (…). Here there is a risk that we lose that credit (…). yesMr. Governor, you are putting this credit that benefits Santa Cruz at risk.”Montano said.
He explained that notes were sent to the Pro Caminos Committee, to the Buena Vista Campesino Central, among others, so that they keep abreast of the situation.
The negotiations began in 2013.
