Rains leave more than 300 homeless in Peruíbe, on the coast of São Paulo

Caraguatatuba also received a large amount of rain and gales. There are several flooding points on public roads and 12 properties were affected. However, there are no displaced people, homeless people or victims.

Landslide

The city of Ilhabela, which also had a lot of rain and windstorms, recorded landslides and a lack of electricity for a few hours. There are no victims or homeless.

In Guarujá, there were tree falls and landslides. Mongaguá suffered from river overflows and several streets flooded. Around 800 properties were affected.

Ubatuba, which had two deaths on Saturday night due to a shipwreck caused by bad weather, suffered in the last 24 hours from landslides, falling trees, highway flooding, floods and overflowing streams.

In total, 407 homes and four schools were affected. The city has six homeless people. The municipality received 54 millimeters of water accumulated in one day.
