Serasa opens debt negotiation day

Starting this Monday (23), two thousand companies will come together to facilitate debt renegotiation with discounts of up to 99% at the 35th edition of Feirão Serasa Limpa Nome.Feirão brings together companies in SP to negotiate consumer debts

There will be 620 million offers available across the country, covering debts with banks, finance companies, basic account companies, such as water, electricity and gas, telephone operators, securitizers and several other segments, with the opportunity for payment via Pix, guaranteeing the instant cancellation of the negative and the name being cleared immediately, in addition to the possibility of an immediate positive impact on the Serasa Score.

To negotiate debts, consumers can access the Serasa websitethe application in the Google Play and App Store stores, or via WhatsApp on the official number (11) 99575-2096.

Those who prefer in-person service can go to any post office across the country with an official document with photo. The conditions are the same as those on the Serasa website and app. Negotiations can be made until April 1st.

The objective of the Feirão is to contain the rise in defaults, which reached the historic mark of 81.3 million consumers with negative debts at the beginning of the year. The number represents an increase of 71,317 people compared to December 2025. Currently, the country has 327 million active debts, totaling R$524 billion in debt. Among the main segments responsible for financial outstanding issues are banks and credit cards (26.3%), basic accounts (22%) and financial companies (19.8%).

“Default is not just a reflection of occasional delays, but of an economic context that puts pressure on families’ budgets and makes long-term financial planning difficult. Therefore, Feirão goes beyond debt negotiation and can be the first step in a journey of financial education, by allowing consumers to understand their situation, renegotiate commitments under fairer conditions and return to planning the future with more clarity”, said Serasa director, Aline Maciel.

According to Serasa, in the last edition of the Serasa Limpa Nome Feirão, held between November and December last year, more than 10.2 million agreements were closed.
