Triple jumper Andy Hechevarría and long jumper Jorge Odelín raised the direct places in the cuban athletics to compete in the World Championship Indoor, with stage between March 20 and 22 in the city of Torun, Poland.

The deadline to award direct qualification marks for the Indoor World Cup in Turin will expire on March 2. After that date, the list of contestants will be completed with the winners of World Indoor Tour 2026, taking the ranking positions at that time as a reference.
