The artist lost her life in a tragic accident that occurred on the night of February 21, when a ghost car ran over her on the Armenia-Circasia highway.
Nicole walked next to William Andrés Paipa, 43, with whom she was returning after finishing her workday at the La Floresta inn. Both were trying to cross the road to reach the vehicle they were traveling in when they were hit. The driver responsible for the accident fled the scene without leaving a trace.
The accident occurred in the El Solar sector, an area indicated by residents as dangerous for pedestrians due to the darkness and the constant flow of vehicles. The impact was so strong that both victims died immediately.
Nicole’s death has caused shock throughout the region. In addition to her time on television, she was a student, athlete and a talented young woman who continued to build her path in music. Several close friends remember that she was the sister of Miss Circasia 2023, a detail that has made the news even more visible on the networks.
William Paipa is also fondly remembered by those who worked with him: a responsible, hardworking and willing to help man. His family asks that the case not remain unpunished and that the person responsible be identified soon.
