The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM) announced that the Government provided a subsidy of RD$130 million to maintain the prices of essential fuels during the week of February 21 to 27, 2026, in order to protect families and productive sectors.
With this objective, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will be subsidized with RD$5.06 per gallon; Regular gasoline with RD$0.05; Regular diesel with RD$10.09, and Optimal diesel with RD$10.61.

Premium Gasoline will be sold at RD$290.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
Regula Gasoline, RD$272.50 per gallon; maintains its price.
Regular Diesel, RD$224.80 per gallon; maintains its price.
Optimal Gasoil, RD$242.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
Avtur, RD$202.61 per gallon; drops RD$3.38.
Kerosene, RD$235.30 per gallon; low RD$3.70.
Fuel oil #6, RD$145.19 per gallon; drops RD$2.24.
Fuel oil 1%S, RD$163.02 per gallon; low RD$3.39.
Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), RD$137.20 per gallon; maintains its price.
Natural gas, RD$43.97 per m3; maintains its price.
