THE National Radiovehicle of Brazilian Communication Company (EBC), the program premieres on Monday (23) “Hello Hello Brazil”, presented live by journalist José Luiz Datena. The attraction will air from 8 am to 10 am, from Monday to Friday, on all stations on the network.
The first edition will have a live interview with the chief minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Guilherme Boulos.
There will also be participation by singer and composer from Ceará Falcão, who has a comedy program on TVC, the public broadcaster in Ceará that makes up the National Public Communication Network (RNCP), led by EBC. Another participation will be from international correspondent Jamil Chade, who is on the program every Sunday Brazil in the World from the TV Brasil.
The program’s production will focus on dynamic coverage of facts that impact the population’s daily lives, seeking to deliver information with agility, credibility and service provision to listeners.

Focusing on direct and plural debate from the first day on air, the debut edition already indicates the tone that the program intends to adopt by bringing together Boulos and Datena, who were on opposite political sides in the dispute for mayor of São Paulo in 2024. The presence of singer Falcão, who will comment on the main themes of the day with humor and irreverence, also expands the range of approaches and reinforces the project’s diversity of perspectives. Jamil Chad will bring information from the international political scene.
90 years of National Radio
Datena’s debut on Rádio Nacional takes on even more significance as it occurs in the year in which the station celebrates nine decades of existence. The name of the attraction itself was created as a tribute to the phrase that marked its inauguration, on September 12, 1936, at 9 pm, when announcer Celso Guimarães announced: “Hello, Hello Brazil! Here speaks the National Radio of Rio de Janeiro!” Afterwards, the chords of the song Luar do Sertão echoed, beginning a trajectory that crosses generations and follows with protagonism the history of Brazilian radio broadcasting.
“Radio is my passion, it was my life. I started doing radio when I was 15 years old and I have always presented radio programs. National Radio It is one of the most traditional broadcasters in the country and the program will be really cool. Brazil will be represented in the National Radio. If you pay attention, it’s going to be really cool”, comments Datena.
