Victor Hoepelmanadministrator of the residential complex, explained that the lack of cleaning of the land has caused damage to the cistern of the housing complex, due to the roots of large trees that have penetrated the structure, causing cracks and constant repairs.
“That solar is not being attended to. The large bushes They are breaking our cistern and we have to repair it all the time,” said Hoepelman.

The administrator claimed to have made multiple calls to both the National District City Council as well as to the Ministry of the Environment, even through communications sent by WhatsApp, without obtaining a concrete response. As he explained, both institutions transfer responsibility to each other.
Hoepelman called the authorities and the owners of the solarwhich is supposedly owned by a well-known businessman so that they can sympathize with the situation and proceed to the cleaning and pruning of trees that affect the quality of life of residents.
“We only ask awareness and action. We are citizens and we deserve to live in a safe environment and clean,” he concluded.
