Lima will host the Impact & Leadership Accelerator 2026 for Corporate Affairs leaders in Latin America

In a context where regulatory pressure, reputational management and the influence of stakeholders have become critical variables for the business sustainability, The launch of the second edition of the Impact & Leadership Accelerator – LATAM Edition 2026 was announced, an exclusive program aimed at senior leaders and executives responsible for areas of External and Corporate Affairs.

The initiative, organized by Corporate Affairs Partnering Solutions (CAPS) in alliance with Dapper Perú, will take place from May 6 to 8, 2026 in Lima, under a hybrid modality that combines in-person sessions and subsequent online support.

This edition will have as its theme “Creating Sustainable Alliances”, with the aim of strengthening the capacity of organizations to manage complex environments, anticipate regulatory risks and build long-term strategic relationships.

This edition will also feature the participation of confirmed international speakers and mentors, including Dr. Aaron Farrugia, CEO of Economiq Advisory and Former Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects of Malta, Alessandra Durstine (CEO of Catalyst Consulting Group and former global executive of APCO), Giampiero Leoncini (Executive Vice President of CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean), Luis Alberto Rodríguez (CEO of Dapper Global and former Vice Minister of Finance and Director of the National Planning Department of Colombia), Ángela Flores (Executive Director of ALAFARPE) and Renzo Macher (VP of Projects and Innovation at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura), among other references with extensive experience in strategic management, corporate affairs and institutional leadership.

Strategic leadership in times of high exposure

According to data cited in the program, 48% of CEOs consider Corporate Affairs to be one of the three most critical areas for business success in the next five years. Added to this is the sustained increase in regulatory costs and the potential impact of poorly managed reputational crises.

Faced with this scenario, the Impact & Leadership Accelerator proposes a practical and results-oriented approach, in which participants work on real challenges in their organizations, receive personalized mentoring and design an actionable roadmap to implement in the short and medium term.

“Today the Corporate and External Affairs areas not only manage reputation or regulation: they manage strategic viability. This program seeks to provide leaders with concrete tools to anticipate risks, build sustainable alliances and turn regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage,” said Augusto Rey, Country Manager of Dapper in Peru.

For his part, Joaquín Pinto, founder and general manager of CAPS, highlighted that “complex challenges are not resolved in silos. They are resolved by building trust, shared purpose and executable roadmaps. Our methodology combines international experience, strategic analysis and close support to generate real results in organizations.”

Methodology and participant profile

The program is aimed at C-Level executives, directors and high-potential leaders of national and international companies, and combines an intensive in-person experience — with masterclasses from May 6 to 8, 2026 — with a subsequent accompaniment process that includes online sessions for tracking, monitoring and evaluating progress, a mid-term group presentation and structured spaces for the exchange of best practices among peers, aimed at consolidating learning and translating it into concrete results for their organizations.
