The São Paulo Metro will run uninterruptedly this Saturday (14) into Carnival Sunday. All stations will be open for boarding and disembarking throughout the morning. 
From Sunday (15) to Monday, the operation will take place with boarding throughout the night only permitted at the Portuguesa-Tietê and Palmeiras-Barra Funda stations, while the other stations will operate exclusively for disembarkation and transfers. From Monday onwards, operations will resume at normal times.
The Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM) will maintain boarding and disembarking operations 24 hours a day this Saturday and Sunday only at the Palmeiras-Barra Funda Station. The other stations will be open in the early hours exclusively for disembarking and transfers.
To access the Anhembi Sambódromo, buses from the city hall’s Atende service will be available free of charge, departing from the Portuguesa-Tietê and Palmeiras-Barra Funda stations, starting at 6pm and throughout the parade period, with frequent departures according to demand.
Municipal public transport buses will operate on the 14th, 16th and 17th of February with the fleet and the same operating scheme corresponding to that of a Saturday. In other words, 6,843 vehicles on 1,128 lines. On the 15th, the operational fleet will follow the Sunday schedule, with 4,922 vehicles on 1,042 lines.
