The regulations establish that with 78 adhesions the session can be required. That number was reached this February 12. The document was sent to the president of Parliament, Fernando Rospigliosi, who must now set a date and time for the debate.
The benches that did not join the request were Popular Force and We are Peru. Legislators from Perú Libre, Acción Popular, Podemos and APP also appear.

In We are Peru9 legislators chose not to adhere to the document. They are: Alfredo Azurín, Paul Gutiérrez, Elizabeth Medina, Jorge Morante, Alex Paredes, José Pazo, Héctor Valer, Óscar Zea and Ana Zegarra.
In Free Perunot signed: Waldemar Cerrón, Segundo Montalvo, Kelly Portalatino, Abel Reyes and Janet Rivas.
