Motion of censure against Jerí: these are the congressmen who oppose the debate in the Extraordinary Plenary

The application for a Extraordinary Plenary where the motion of censure against José Jerí It already has the necessary signatures for its call. However, a group of congressmen decided not to sign the request that will allow their permanence on the Board of Directors to be debated. The list includes complete benches and legislators who distanced themselves from the initiative.

The regulations establish that with 78 adhesions the session can be required. That number was reached this February 12. The document was sent to the president of Parliament, Fernando Rospigliosi, who must now set a date and time for the debate.

The benches that did not join the request were Popular Force and We are Peru. Legislators from Perú Libre, Acción Popular, Podemos and APP also appear.

Among them are: Alejandro Aguinaga, Arturo Alegría, Eduardo Castillo, Patricia Juárez, Magally Santiesteban, Rosángella Barbarán, Ernesto Bustamante, Nilza Chacón, Víctor Flores, Raúl Huamán, Mery Infantes, David Jiménez, Jenny López, Martha Moyano, Auristela Obando, Tania Ramírez, César Revilla, Fernando Rospigliosi, Héctor Ventura and María Zeta,

In We are Peru9 legislators chose not to adhere to the document. They are: Alfredo Azurín, Paul Gutiérrez, Elizabeth Medina, Jorge Morante, Alex Paredes, José Pazo, Héctor Valer, Óscar Zea and Ana Zegarra.

Among those not grouped is Raúl Doroteo. In Popular ActionIlich López and Elvis Vergara did not sign. In Alliance for Progress (APP), Roberto Kamiche’s signature was withdrawn and María Acuña, Luis Cordero, Jon Tay, José Elías, Nelcy Heidinger and Segundo Quiroz did not subscribe.
