Abinader will meet with Trump, Macron and Kast in March

Santo Domingo. – President Luis Abinader will complete an international agenda in the month of March that includes three high-level meetings, in which he will hold meetings with the presidents of the United States, Donald Trump; from Chile, José Antonio Kast; and from France, Emmanuel Macron.

The information was offered by the President’s Press Director, Carlos Alberto Caminero, who announced that the president will participate on March 7 in the presidential summit called by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, to be held in the city of Miami, a setting that will bring together leaders to address issues of common interest at the regional and international level.

The President’s Press Director indicated that Abinader will subsequently travel to Chile to attend the official transmission of command events, scheduled for March 10 to 12. As part of this visit, the Dominican head of state has scheduled a bilateral meeting with the new Chilean president, José Antonio Kast.

He added that the president’s international agenda will continue on March 24 and 25 in France, where he will hold a meeting with the French president, Emmanuel Macron, and will participate in a meeting of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

With this agenda, President Abinader reaffirms the country’s commitment to international dialogue, the consolidation of strategic alliances and the projection of the Dominican Republic in the main global scenarios.
