PNP General César Calero Cisneros, head of the Junín Police Region, confirmed that non-commissioned officer Carlos Chancasanampa Pallarta (35), accused of sexual abuse, has been absent from service since Monday, upon learning that he was reported for sexual rape.
“He is being searched, there is no esprit de corps. A heavy hand for this scoundrel, who has no right to violate the rights of another person. The Inspectorate also intervened, he has no privileges,” said the police chief.
Likewise, it is known that the agent involved in the sexual abuse of a minor under 17 years of age inside a pre-police academy would be separated from his service.
