The Command with Vzla published on its Instagram account several videos of the moments in which these leaders were released.
The images showed how they were transported in a patrol of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) so that they could later be reunited with family and friends.
“The force of truth always prevails. We announce with joy that Dignora Hernández, María Oropeza and Cathy Ramos are now outside the bars”. This is what they wrote in the description of the publication they made on Instagram.

These three women were the protagonists of quite high-profile cases due to the circumstances in which they were detained, but also because of the work they did for the country.
Maria Oropezacoordinator of Vente Venezuela en Portuguesa, for example, recorded and broadcast live through her social networks the exact moment when DGCIM officials broke into her home in early August 2024.
She was held in El Helicoide, where her defenders and family members denounced constant violations of due process and isolation that generated great concern among international human rights organizations.
For her part, Dignora Hernández, who served as national political secretary of the same party, was arrested in March 2024 in the middle of a public street in Caracas. Her arrest was recorded by citizens who witnessed her being forced into a vehicle while she asked for help. Throughout his captivity in Sebin, they warned about his delicate state of health, as he suffers from chronic pathologies.
In the case of Catalina Ramos, national coordinator of Citizen Associations of Vente Venezuela, she was arrested in May 2025.
María Corina Machado described this case as an act of cruelty. “Cathy is a woman of exceptional intelligence, generosity and work capacity. My friend and sister in struggle. Everyone who knows her loves and respects her. She is an exemplary leader who works for a good Venezuela to which her children can return,” she wrote at that time on her X account.
A few days after the amnesty law is approved in the country, a large number of political prisoners were released this Sunday, including Juan Pablo Guanipa, Jesús Armas, Perkins Rocha, Luis Somaza, among others.
