The political party Alliance for Progress (APP) reported this Saturday, February 7, the death of Luis Cuba Ovalle, who was a candidate for the Senate.
The announcement was made through a statement posted on the social network X, where the group expressed its condolences to the lawyer’s family and people close to him.
So far, the party has not provided further details about the circumstances of the death. However, the statement generated various reactions in the political and legal spheres.
Who was Luis Cuba Ovalle?
According to his LinkedIn profile, Luis Cuba Ovalle had solid training and experience in multiple branches of Law.
He worked as an expert in Notarial and Registry Law, Civil Law, Non-Corporate Legal Entities, Companies, Securities and Banking Law.
Likewise, he had specialization in Compliance, Constitutional Law, Constitutional Justice, Human Rights and Corporate Law in general.
