When asked about the possible arrival date of the United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubioto Peru, the chancellor Hugo de Zela He stated that the day is still not clear, but that it would be before the middle of the year.
“(His arrival) will be on a date that we are still coordinating. I would say it would be in this first half of the year,” revealed the Minister of Foreign Affairs after speaking with Ambassador Bernie Navarro.
If it comes to fruition, it would be added to the – also possible – visit of Pope Leo XIV to our lands, although – as Peru21 announced – this would still take place in the second part of this year; approximately in November.
