Delcy Rodríguez receives an assessment of the first days of Daniella Cabello's management

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a working meeting this Saturday with the Minister for Tourism, Daniella Cabello.

The main objective of the meeting was to review the balance of the first days of Cabello’s management at the head of this office, which he formally assumed on February 2, 2026.

During the exchange, the Minister of Tourism, Daniella Cabello, stated that Venezuela is consolidating itself as a multi-destination country thanks to its infinite potential in natural and cultural resources.

Cabello took the opportunity to thank the President in charge for the trust placed in her by entrusting her with the task of leading strategic projects that promote the country brand in international markets.

Strengthening the country brand

The meeting made it possible to define lines of action for the promotion of Venezuela abroad, under a development model that seeks to attract investments and promote inbound tourism. According to the authorities, this office will focus on projecting the nation’s competitive advantages to strengthen the non-rentier economy through the tourism sector.
