This Tuesday, February 24 and Thursday, February 26, the Sunat will carry out, in Lima, the first auction of the year of assets seized from taxpayers who did not regularize their situation on time.
Up to 61 real estate properties valued at a total of S/ 38,104,956 and another property, identified as a brand, Cinestar Multicines, will be sold to the highest bidder for S/ 1,316,838.
Among what is going to be auctioned, homes in Chorrillos and SJM stand out; apartments in Jesús Maria, Cercado and Miraflores; and offices in SMP, San Borja and San Miguel.
In addition, Sunat will also offer parking in Miraflores, Jesus María, Surquillo and Barranco; commercial premises in SJM and Cercado; and agricultural land in Ica.
Finally, industrial land in Ventanilla and housing land in Paracas, SJL, Ate, Puente Piedra and Lurín will also be offered this Tuesday the 24th and Thursday the 26th.
