Harfuch announces blow to the Sinaloa Cartel in Querétaro: He falls "The Skinny"operator "The Salazars"

The Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection, Omar García Harfuchannounced this Friday a blow to organized crime in the state of Querétaro, with the arrest of 30 people, including a “The Salazars”organization linked to Sinaloa Cartel.

The head of Security specified that after a four-month investigation with information obtained by the Naval Intelligence Unit, which included analysis of criminal patterns and fixed and mobile surveillance, elements of the SSPC, Defense, Navy, Attorney General’s Office, and state authorities, detained 30 people in 12 searches in Querétaro.

Among those arrested is Diego “N”, “The Skinny”operator of the “Los Salazar” organization, linked to the Sinaloa Cartel.

García Harfuch announced that “El Flaco” coordinated the sale and distribution of drugs in the state capital, as well as arms trafficking, attacks on rival groups, homicides and recruitment activities.

Federal authorities detailed that in pursuit of lines of investigation regarding a criminal cell operating in the capital of Querétaro, 12 search warrants were executed in different homes, where 21 men and nine women were detained.

In addition, firearms, useful cartridges, doses of drugs, cash, vehicles, telephone equipment and information storage devices were seized.
