From the state of Bolívar, the president in charge of the republic, Dr. Delcy Rodríguez, signed the Reform of the Statute of the Police Investigation Function, a norm that aims to standardize the hierarchical degrees of the police investigation bodies with the other security agencies.
“We had this debt with the police investigation organizations, so today we signed and delivered the law,” Rodríguez said while thanking the National Assembly for carrying out the legislative work in a few days.
“Exactly one month ago today this legislative period began, and look how we are moving forward. Of the public powers in Venezuela that did not allow chaos, that maintained peace in the country,” said the president, referring to the institutional capabilities to maintain the continuity of the republic “in the face of the kidnapping of President Maduro.”
In this sense, he pointed out that the State institutions operate “as a single government team,” which functions in total synchronicity. “Let it be understood that Venezuela has a government. That the people of Venezuela govern here and that is why it is important to consolidate popular power in the communal circuits.”
Peace Quadrants throughout the country
Rodríguez stated that in the country “we have more than three thousand quadrants of peace; “It is an essential plan of President Nicolás Maduro to strengthen security from the territory, and that security policies be accompanied by Popular Power in the Communal Circuits.”
He highlighted that citizen security policies are now linked to Popular Power through the Communal Circuits. In that sense, he specified that the current deployment figure represents 57% of the Peace Quadrants goal projected for the entire national territory.
The president in charge specified that more than 500 motorcycles and 63 patrol cars were delivered, so that the Peace Quadrants in the Communal Circuits of the states of Bolívar and Guayana Esequiba can be equipped to preserve tranquility.
On the other hand, he pointed out that the Venezuelan people have known how to transmute the impact of the aggression of January 3 into a deeper appreciation of tranquility and peace. For this reason, he indicated that the Peace Quadrants allow strengthening citizen peace.
The action of the president in charge took place in the procedure of adaptation of the Peace Quadrants in the Bolivarian entity, where she was accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace Diosdado Cabello, the governor of the state Yulisbeth García, deputies of the National Assembly and heads of Security Corps, who together with the people received the provision of equipment and units to guarantee security in the region.
