The body corresponding to the Guariqueño agricultural producer Ricardo González Rojas (65) was found on the morning of Wednesday, February 4, in the Samanito sector, Chaguaramas-Valle de la Pascua highway. The body had three bullet wounds at the level of the abdomen and face.
González was kidnapped on February 1 when he was on a farm he owned located in the La Cruz sector, Juan José Rondón municipality (Las Mercedes del Llano), Guárico, according to reports collected.
The criminals arrived at the rural property in a truck, shot at the farmer’s house and upon noticing his resistance, took a tractor, knocked down a wall of the house, subdued Ricardo González and took him away, according to reports.
A Cicpc commission removed the body and began investigations.
