After the capture and extraction of Nicolás Maduro, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, reported that he will “manage” Venezuela and assume control of the commercialization of Venezuelan oil.
Within the framework of this “new political moment”, as Delcy Rodríguez, in charge of the national Executive, has described it, the United States Embassy reopened its headquarters in Caracas.
This Monday, February 2, the US charge d’affaires in Venezuela, Laura Dogu, held a meeting with Delcy Rodríguez in which she emphasized the three phases that Donald Trump’s government demands to comply with: stabilization, economic recovery and reconciliation, and transition.
