Santo Domingo.– The leader of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), Francisco Javier Garcíaassured that this political organization is preparing to return to power in the presidential elections of 2028considering that it is the only one with the necessary structure and experience to defeat the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM).
García stated that the PLD is working on the consolidation of a opposition strategy that allows reconnecting with citizens and channeling the social discontent that, according to what he stated, exists in the face of the current government management. In his opinion, the conditions of the country have experienced a deterioration compared to the years in which the purple organization was at the head of the State.
The member of Political Committee indicated that he designs a electoral plan with specific responsibilities for each leader, aimed at regaining the trust of the population and strengthening the presence of the party throughout the national territory.
Finally, he maintained that the PLD has the human and organizational potential to bring together the majority of the electorate and once again lead the country’s leadership from 2028.
