The head of Profeco reported that work is already underway on the development of guidelines on ticket sales, which should include elements such as description of the place, date and times of each event.
“Work is already underway on the development of guidelines to regulate advertising, information and ticket sales for concerts, festivals and shows. We are working in coordination with the Digital Transformation and Telecommunications Agency and in the coming weeks they will be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation for compliance with these guidelines,” he added.
Another element that these guidelines must contain is to publish at least 24 hours before the first sale, the map and exact prices of each place and the specification of the cost of the ticket with the total amount to be paid, including all charges.
