Tomorrow there is a world day of solidarity

The military aggression of January 3 awakened a feeling of indignation that has overflowed the Venezuelan borders. The streets of cities like London, Madrid, Brussels and Istanbul have been filled with people and banners with a message: “Venezuela is not alone.”

In New York, at the doors of the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center where President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores are being held, thousands of protesters have expressed their solidarity with the presidential couple.

For this February 3, a month after the unprecedented aggression, a day of protest and solidarity will be held worldwide.

Various social movements have called to demonstrate even at the United States embassies in their cities and to express their repudiation of the action against Venezuela.
