A young woman dies in a two-motorcycle accident

A 22-year-old girl, identified as Joselyn Méndez Marrios, lost her life after suffering a spectacular road accident, while she was traveling on a motorcycle on the Central Regional Highway, at kilometer 105 of the Maracay-Valencia section, an event that occurred last Tuesday, at approximately 7 in the morning.

According to local media, the unfortunate woman was aboard a black KLR motorcycle, which was allegedly driven by an official of the Bolivarian National Police, which suffered the explosion of the rear tire, causing the young woman to be ejected from the vehicle and crashed into the pavement and suffered severe head trauma. Meanwhile, the driver suffered a fractured femur and was rushed to the Maracay Central Hospital.

It should be noted that this accident also caused another accident, as another motorcycle driver, who was traveling through the site, tried to avoid the two bodies on the pavement and lost control of his vehicle, a cream-colored Haojin, and crashed into the back of a pickup truck. He suffered serious injuries, and was transferred to the Hospitalito de Cagua.

After the unfortunate accident, relatives of Méndez Marrios, who reside in the Caña de Azúcar sector, Mario Briceño Iragorry municipality of Aragua state, informed the press that the deceased lived with her family in the center of Maracay, where she also worked, specifically in the Gran Bazar shopping center.
