The president of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, reiterated this Tuesday morning that the shipment of oil to Cuba is a sovereign decision of the Mexican State and, in certain cases, a humanitarian measure, amidst versions that point to the alleged cancellation of a shipment scheduled for the end of January.
